The MA‘O Apprenticeship offers successful applicants a youth-centered, culturally-grounded and ‘aina-based entrepreneurial experience that will hone their skills and knowledge of organic agriculture while producing premium products and services for MA‘O customers and the Wai‘anae community.
Our goal is to challenge and inspire apprentices to become the food producers, youth mentors, role models, and community leaders of the future.
