Farm Apprentice, Manny Miles, was our second youth leaders chosen to be a part of the BLAST Initiative (Building Local Agriculture Systems Today), a fellowship of young leaders from across the nation who are actively building stronger connections between their communities and food.  The BLAST Cadre spent their final experience together in Hawai‘i attending the 2nd Hands Turned to the Soil - “Hoea Ea” Conference in Hilo.
